How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your specific delivery address and will show information for any delivery method you choose. You will receive shipping confirmation when your package goes out.

Can I ship my order to more than one address?

No, each order must be shipped to a single address. If any part of your order is intended to be shipped to a second address, please place that order separately.

How do I change my password?

The Change Password feature will be coming soon to the shop. You can change your password inside the PWU Connects mobile app. Please note, changing your password will affect your login for Union Mail, the mobile app, and the Shop PWU online store.

How do I reset my password (forgot password)?

To reset your password, click on ‘Login’ in the top right hand corner. Click on ‘Forgotten Password’ under the Password field. Enter your PWU Union Mail email address and your personal/alternate email we can contact you at, first name, and last name, then click ‘Continue’. You will then receive an email confirmation for a support ticket. One of our support members will contact you shortly to reset your password.

What sizes are available for Shop PWU products?

For Shop PWU apparel, sizes range from Small to 3XL. Accessories such as caps, beanies, or scarves are one size. For tips on sizes and measuring, our Sizing Chart is available on each product page.

How do I use a gift certificate?

Before you checkout, you will be prompted to ‘Use Gift Certificate’. Enter your gift certificate code in the space provided. If you have multiple gift certificates, click on the plus (+) sign to enter more. Click ‘Apply Gift Certificate’ to continue.

What is the return/exchange policy for Shop PWU?

Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail, if the product which has been delivered to you is either damaged or incorrect. Online purchases made through Shop PWU are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 60 days from the ship date. 

Orders which are returned because they are incorrect must be returned unwashed and unworn (for apparel), undamaged, with tags attached. For hygiene purposes, socks are ineligible for return.

You will not receive a refund for the sales taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped.

How do I return an order?

To return an order, please follow these steps:

1) Send an email to shop@shopPWU.ca with the following details:

- Name
- Order No.
- Contact Info.
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for Return

2) Await a reply from a Shop PWU Customer Service Representative
3) If your return request is accepted, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
4) Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible.
5) Affix your Canada Post return shipping label to the packaging, and make sure no other labels are shown.
6) Take the package to your nearest Canada Post outlet or mailbox.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with your shipping information. You can also view your order status under ‘Order History’ on your account.

How can I pay for my order?

Shop PWU accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
