Is Sales Tax included?
Where are the items made?
The majority of items are Union-made in Canada. When sourcing items, this is our first priority. If items are not produced by a unionized company we source Canadian made. However, some items are only manufactured offshore. We are not promising all items are entirely Union-made in Canada, but it is our main priority.
How do you determine the cost of the items?
The PWU sells all items at cost, rounded to the nearest $5.00 increment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, depending on your location. Typically, it is no more than a few days.
How much is shipping?
The PWU will be charging a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 on every order. This number will stay the same regardless of the amount you buy, or where you are located.
Do you do returns?
Members will be responsible for shipping of any returns due to incorrect size or colour. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund.
Will you be getting more of a variety?
Yes! We will be adding newer, more varied items to the store.
